The conversation
Tell us who you are and what the day should feel like. We answer every inquiry personally, and the first consult is about taste, not logistics.

The design
We shape the whole of it — place, palette, florals, table, light, timing. Florals come from our own studio, which is why a Wild Valley event holds together the way most events can’t: one hand draws every line.

The day
We install, we run it, we host it. Vendors report to us. Timelines live with us. Your only job is to be present for the people you invited.

- Designed and built by our own studio, not subcontracted — cohesive with everything else on the table.
- Venue & vendor curation
- A curated shortlist of northern Arizona venues and private properties, and a bench of photographers, chefs, and officiants we trust with our name.
- Rentals & styling
- Sourced, delivered, installed, and struck. You never fold a chair.
- Day‑of hosting
- We are on site from first delivery to last candle — running the timeline, the vendors, and the room.
