Wild Valley Prescott · AZ

FAQ

Asked, answered.

What exactly is a micro wedding?

A full wedding — ceremony, dinner, dancing if you want it — for fifty guests or fewer, most often ten to thirty. Not a courthouse compromise and not a downsized banquet: a complete, designed event where the small guest list is the point.

What does Wild Valley actually handle?

Everything after yes: design direction, florals from our own studio, venue and vendor curation, rentals and styling, and day‑of hosting from first delivery to last candle. You get one point of contact throughout. Your job is to arrive.

Where do you host events?

We’re based in Prescott, Arizona, and host across northern Arizona — the Prescott granite and pines, the Sedona corridor, and Flagstaff country — with a curated shortlist of venues and private properties. Events beyond the corridor are welcome by arrangement.

We live in Phoenix — how does that work?

Beautifully. Most planning happens by video, with in‑person consults arranged around your schedule. Your wedding day is ninety minutes north of Sky Harbor and roughly twenty degrees cooler.

We're traveling from out of state. Can you handle everything remotely?

Yes — that’s most of what we do. Couples fly in for the day itself; we handle the rest on the ground, and can point your guests to places to stay and things to do while they’re here.

How far in advance should we book?

Micro weddings are typically designed over three to six months, and popular fall and spring dates go first. That said, small events move faster than big ones — if your date is closer, ask. Proposals and celebrations can come together in a few weeks.

What does it cost?

Pricing is shared on inquiry and depends on scale — from elopements for ten to full celebrations for fifty. The inquiry form asks for your budget range so our first conversation starts honest.

Can we keep our own photographer, chef, or officiant?

Of course. We fold trusted vendors of yours into the plan, and fill any gaps from our own bench. Either way, they coordinate with us — not with you — on the day.

Do you do events that aren't weddings?

Yes — proposals, vow renewals, anniversaries, milestone birthdays, and intimate dinners. Same team, same standard, one evening. See Celebrations.

What if our guest list is bigger than fifty?

Then we’re probably not your team — and we’d rather tell you that now. Fifty is a design choice, not a technicality; it’s what keeps the standard high. If you’re close and torn, inquire anyway and we’ll talk it through.
