Choose your package.

Every package includes a floral package — petite, signature, or statement — designed to your event’s theme and the season, with a professional design consultation. Or convert it to a credit ($500 / $1,000 / $1,500) toward a fully custom design from Rogue Rue Flora. Venue, catering, photography, and rentals are quoted separately and billed at cost.

What’s included in each tier

The Day-Of

Rehearsal + wedding day

  • No guest limit
  • Unlimited communication from the day you book
  • Two meetings — a planning session four to six weeks out (timeline and floor plan) and the rehearsal
  • Rehearsal run‑through, one hour
  • Up to ten hours on the day, one lead coordinator
  • Vendor confirmations the week of
  • Point of contact for every vendor on the day
  • Ceremony cueing, processional to send‑off
  • Directing entertainment, announcements, and guests throughout
  • Full setup and teardown — décor, personal touches, and a clean exit

The Month-Of

Eight weeks out

  • Everything in The Day-Of, plus —
  • Two additional meetings — an additional planning session and the final venue walkthrough
  • Full vendor coordination from eight weeks out
  • Every contract collected and reviewed
  • Master vendor timeline built and shared
  • Final walkthrough with the venue
  • Final counts, payments, and insurance chased
  • All vendor communication handled — you stop answering emails

The Partial Plan

Four to six months out

  • Everything in The Month-Of, plus —
  • Vendor sourcing for up to four open categories
  • Budget tracking
  • Design direction session — palette, layout, rentals
  • Monthly planning calls from booking — plus the design session, walkthrough, and rehearsal
  • RSVP management
  • Rehearsal dinner or welcome party coordination
  • Second coordinator on the day

Invitations & digital RSVP are quoted separately — mention them in your notes and we’ll add them to your invoice.

Events beyond the Prescott area anywhere in Arizona add a flat $250; out‑of‑state events are quoted individually — we’ll add travel to your invoice after we confirm the location.
